Aimi Binti Hassan

Aimi Binti Hassan is in the firm’s Civil Litigation department. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Malaya, Malaysia and was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2007.

Aimi Binti Hassan is active in the arrears of general litigation and corporate and commercial with a focus on banking and finance (conventional and Islamic), medical negligence, contractual disputes, torts and fraud claims and land disputes. She is also familiar with insolvency work and the various corporate rescue mechanisms available to companies in distress.
